CONCEPT
The architectural concept centers on geometric deconstruction and sculptural contrast. By introducing dynamic, angled "V" panels across the existing facade, the design breaks the traditional rectangular massing to create a sense of movement and contemporary identity. The use of high-contrast materiality—pairing crisp, light-toned cladding against the original warmth of the brick—modernizes the building’s street presence while the integration of a prominent glass curtain wall and a cantilevered corner window establishes a new language of transparency and visual interest.
The transformation encompasses a total exterior and interior overhaul designed to breathe new life into the existing structure. On the exterior, a sophisticated cladding system was engineered to wrap the building, significantly improving thermal performance and longevity while completely refreshing the aesthetic profile. This structural face-lift is anchored by a new glazed entrance and strategic fenestration, shifting the character of the facility from a standard utility building to a light-filled, professional landmark that harmonizes with its natural surroundings.
