City Of Toronto-Buildings Renovation and AODA Upgrades

TORONTO, ON | CANADA

We Love to Create

Renovation and Accessibility Upgrades of washrooms, public areas, offices, and exterior ramps and stairs across 350 buildings owned by the City of Toronto, delivered in collaboration with IBI Group Buildings. The work was carried out in full compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). The buildings varied widely in size and function, including police stations, fire stations, EMS facilities, courthouses, and administrative offices.

Key responsibilities included overseeing the production efforts of multiple design teams, coordinating with consultants, specialists, and departmental managers, and interfacing with a broad range of stakeholders. Additionally, the role involved assisting the client in obtaining permits and performing construction administration services to ensure successful project execution.
