The exterior design of this administration building utilizes a staggered, interlocking massing strategy to create a dynamic presence at a prominent urban intersection. The architectural composition is defined by a sophisticated interplay of materials, featuring a robust brick masonry base that provides a sense of grounded permanence, contrasted by the upper volumes finished in large-format stone cladding. Sculptural subtractions and cantilevered sections form deep-set private terraces and shaded voids, breaking down the building's scale while offering functional outdoor space for staff. With its rhythmic horizontal fenestration and a double-height glazed entrance, the design balances a professional, institutional character with an open and transparent civic identity that integrates seamlessly into the transit-oriented landscape.
