The elegant facade, composed of glass and metallic panels, tapers subtly toward the summits to enhance its graceful silhouette. Serving as a unifying foundation, the podium integrates the towers with the urban context through shared amenities and landscaped public spaces, balancing grand scale with functional connectivity.
The tops of the towers are distinguished by curved or rounded elements, softening the overall form and adding a unique visual signature. These curved features may house mechanical equipment, observation decks, or other functional spaces. The project’s waterfront location, with a visible marina or harbor, further enhances its visual impact, allowing for reflections in the water and establishing a strong connection to the maritime environment.
